Full Access passes include 2 1/2 days of Conference Sessions, 2 Days of the Exhibit Hall, All Keynotes, Design Solution Theaters, Food Functions, Receptions and Happy Hour and Access to the Mobile App including online presentations
Expo Plus Pass includes access to the exhibit floor as well as keynotes, design solutions theaters, receptions and mobile app.
Yes we offer group rates for the Full Access Pass. Groups rates start with 3 attendees. Groups do not need to be from the same organization but they do need to register the same week. Please contact Jenabeth Ferguson for more information.
The entire event will take place at the Charlotte Convention Center in 2026 located at 501 S College St, Charlotte, NC 28202.
No you do not need to select which conference sessions you plan to attend ahead of time.
HFSE Registration will be located at the Charlotte Convention Center located at 501 S College St
Charlotte, NC 28202.
We will have an AIA form onsite that you must complete as you attend sessions. You will then turn that form into registration before you leave. We will submit to the AIA on your behalf within 2 weeks of the event.
Registration for facility tours is separate and only available to those registered for the Full Access pass.
Those registered for the tour should plan to arrive at the Charlotte Convention Center on Sunday, September 27 at 12:45 pm.
HFSE staff will greet you there, get your badge and eventually instruct you on where to get on the bus that will take you to the tour.

Full Access Passes receive 3 days of breakfast, 2 days of lunch and all networking breaks & receptions. Expo Plus Pass receive the receptions on the exhibit floor.
HFSE will have special rates at local Charlotte hotels. Information will be available in November 2025.
If you would like a certificate of attendance, please pick up a CEU form at registration and submit it before you depart. A certificate will be emailed to you within two weeks of the event.
The 2027 venue and dates will be announced in the summer of 2026.
