Full Access passes include 2 1/2 days of Conference Sessions, 2 Days of the Exhibit Hall, All Keynotes, Design Solution Theaters, Food Functions, Receptions and Happy Hour and Access to the Mobile App including online presentations
Expo Plus Pass includes access to the exhibit floor as well as keynotes, design solutions theaters, receptions and mobile app.
The entire event will take place at the San Diego Convention Center in 2024 located at 111 W Harbor Drive San Diego, CA 92101.
No you do not need to select which conference sessions you plan to attend ahead of time.
HFSE Registration will be located at the San Diego Convention Center. The exact location will be posted in August 2025.
We will have an AIA form onsite that you must complete as you attend sessions. You will then turn that form into registration before you leave. We will submit to the AIA on your behalf within 2 weeks of the event.
Registration for facility tours is separate and only available to those registered for the Full Access pass.

Full Access Passes receive 3 days of breakfast, 2 days of lunch and all networking breaks & receptions. Expo Plus Pass receive the receptions on the exhibit floor.
HFSE has special rates at local San Diego hotels. Information will be available in November 2024.
If you would like a certificate of attendance, please pick up a CEU form at registration and submit it before you depart. A certificate will be emailed to you within two weeks of the event.
The 2026 Symposium dates and location will be announced in early Summer 2025.
