• Government Rate – Available for verified government employees. 
• Academic Rate – Available on Full Access Passes for students currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution and faculty members.

Exhibitor Registration will be available in June and can be accessed through the exhibitor manual.

• Cancellations received on or before June 26 will receive a refund minus a $50 service fee.
• Cancellations received after June 26 but before August 7 will receive a refund minus a $250 cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 7.

Substitutions are allowed at any time and at no additional charge. All substitution and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to JD Events by emailing [email protected].

No refunds will be issued for discounts or forgotten VIP codes once a registration has been processed. Group discounts are only applicable for the Full Access Passes at the Early Bird and Regular pricing tier.

The Healthcare Facilities Symposium & Expo is a trade event. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted.

JD Events reserves the right to substitute qualified speakers in the event of an emergency, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a session must be canceled for any reason, attendees remain responsible for the full registration fee. JD Events will make every effort to promptly notify registrants of any changes or cancellations.

We’re confident you’ll gain incredible value from your experience—so much so that your registration fee is fully guaranteed. If you don’t feel your investment was worthwhile, we’ll refund your registration fee.

Here’s how it works:

• This guarantee applies to your registration fee only (travel, hotel, and other expenses are not included).
• To request a refund, submit written notice to show management within 10 days after the event.
• “No-shows” are not eligible.
• This guarantee does not cover schedule or presenter changes.

By registering and attending HFSE, you agree to:

• Review any updates provided prior to the event via email, our website, and on-site signage.
• Understand that failure to comply with these requirements may result in removal from the event.

By attending HFSE, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with potential exposure to communicable illnesses and agree not to hold JD Events or its affiliates—including partners, sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, hotels, and venues—liable for any related claims. If you feel unwell or have had recent exposure to a contagious illness, we ask that you do not attend the event.
