Kaiser Permanente – Delivery System Strategy
Krisianna is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and recipient of the ACHE Senior-Level Regents Award in 2018 in Southern California. She serves on the Board of the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health Alumni Association and the Health Advisory Committee of the Cal Poly Pomona, College of Environmental Design. She is an Advisor to Women in Healthcare (WIH) and is a former President of Women in Healthcare Administration of Southern California (WHA). With 20+ years of healthcare experience in strategic planning and master planning, she is delighted to serve on the Advisory Board for the Healthcare Facilities Symposium & Expo.
As a Senior Manager in Delivery System Strategy and Innovation at Kaiser Permanente, Krisianna leads master planning efforts for the Los Angeles Medical Center Area in Southern California. She is committed to furthering the organization’s vision to enhance the communities it serves through outstanding facilities. Leading large, multidisciplinary teams, she strives to develop data-driven, operationally efficient, patient-centric service delivery strategies and facility plans. She has led master planning at academic medical centers and healthcare systems across the country. Combining a background in public health and a passion for healthcare design, she believes that healthcare buildings can integrate exceptional functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics.
