Dan Cates returned to Northstar in 2015 after spending 5 years with McCarthy Construction. He brings nearly 30 years of experience to the table, a decade of this experience specifically focused on the healthcare industry. In addition to his responsibilities with Northstar, Cates is an active member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering and an advisory board member for the Healthcare Facilities Symposium & Expo.
