Ann Dougherty, PEGeneral Manager of SustainabilityRoppe Holding Company
Ann Dougherty is the General Manager of Sustainability for RHC Family Companies. She is a member of the American Center for Life Cycle Assessment and the Association for Energy Efficiency, and represents RHC with Health Product Declaration Collaborative third party verification working group and in the Resilient Floor Covering Institute Technical Committee. She received her BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and Masters in Manufacturing Engineering from Northwestern University, and is a registered engineer in the State of Michigan. Previous work has included sustainability director for Xavier University (Cincinnati), owner of Learn Great Foods (tourism and food education), environmental & process technology director for Portland Cement Association, and project manager for McLaren/Hart Environmental Engineers. Ann Dougherty has experience in life cycle assessment, health risk assessment, culture change, education, innovation, sustainability marketing, and environmental cleanup, and studies architectural theory in her spare time.
