Jennifer A. Christmann, FACHE, is currently the President of the Christmann group where she focuses on using her experience to serve as the interface between the design teams, general contractors, and user groups to implement the established standards in planning and execution of master planning, and building and/or renovation projects for hospitals.  As the former Director of Facilities Planning & Development for the University of Kentucky Healthcare System, she worked to oversee the organization, direction and operation of all facilities development and planning activities of the clinical enterprise, including long range facilities planning, formulating facilities approaches and managing the development and transition planning of new and renovated facilities, including a phased $1B+ replacement patient tower.

Christmann has more than 25 years of prior experience in pediatric healthcare that includes establishing a network of satellite outpatient centers up to 180 miles from a main campus, oversight of a hospital's ambulatory services program, and the building and implementation of a Support Services Group Purchasing Program for a national business alliance of 41 children's hospitals. Her ongoing volunteer work with Children of the Americas also draws on her extensive healthcare experience to help improve the health and wellbeing of underserved women and children in developing countries.
