While studying architecture at Virginia Tech, Jim Woody worked for a general contractor and helped him build his home near Lake Anna. Then while working as an intern for a firm in Chicago, Jim was introduced to construction administration and was hooked. Working with contractors and coming up with unique situations spearheaded his love for the technical side of architecture. As the Senior Project Architect for Perkins and Will, Jim brings to the table his experience in industrial design, architecture design and expertise in solving complex, technical problems.
