Faculty Profile:

Rachel Opare-Sem is passionate about the ability of design to improve lives.  She works at architecture+, a firm in Troy, New York, that believes in the value of creating a more human side to architecture.  Rachel is a key team member on a variety of projects at architecture+.  One primary role, she is particularly proud of, is her work as designer on state-wide renovations of residences for individuals with developmental disabilities.  These projects focus on providing life safety upgrades that significantly improve quality of life for the residents.
