Garth Dahdah, MBA, is the Senior Director of Facilities and Planning for the Wexner Medical Center. Garth leads the Facilities and Planning team, ambulatory building operations, and strategic growth. He manages facility-related capital and real estate planning for all medical center-owned and leased sites across the enterprise, equating to approximately 8.3 million square feet, growing to nearly 12 million Square feet by 2026. Garth’s responsibilities ensure alignment between space and capital planning and the Wexner Medical Center strategic plan. Additionally, he leads and oversees Ambulatory Services’ building directors, space assignments, leases, maintenance service level agreements, planning, programming development, and the construction and renovation of administrative, clinical, teaching, and research space. Garth joined the medical center in 2008 to support the growth of the Sports Medicine program. His exceptional leadership helps to promote strategic growth through facility planning and operations across all ambulatory service locations. Garth has also been instrumental in planning, overseeing, and activating Wexner Medical Center’s new outpatient care, research, the college of medicine facilities, and other extensive renovations of existing facilities.
