4Diana Silva has an extensive background in Construction Management, Software Implementation, and Building Activation. As a Director of Customer Operations, her responsibilities include helping clients streamline the inspection process. For the past 16 years, Diana has worked with hospital owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors to capture inspections and observations as a new hospital is being built. Most recently, she helped with the Loma Linda University Medical Center with the responsibility of training users on the use of FreightTrain and verifying inspections were created for each construction milestone.
