Julissa Tellez, Assoc. AIA, EDACSr. AssociateE4H Environments for Health Architecture
Julissa brings over 15 years of specialized healthcare architecture design experience. She brings together evidence-based design approaches with an understanding of strategy, operations, and facility planning to best address the needs of patients and staff. Her work has taken her from major academic medical centers to small community hospitals in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sector. She is well versed in a wide range of projects including conceptual master planning, renovations, additions, community and neighborhood hospitals, greenfield construction, and tenant re-characterization. For the past four years she has co-led the identification and realization of new projects nationally and is responsible for driving new business relationships. Her vast experience and knowledge of architecture combined with her client-building relationships allows for success in strategic pursuits. Julissa is a frequent panel participant in healthcare design and mentors students in the design field.
