Fang Yang is a Principal Medical Architect/Planner on Kaiser Permanente’s (KP) National Facilities Services. Within that group, she is part of the Facilities, Planning, and Design (NFS P&D) team that develop and create the KP Enterprise Facility Design Program, support the development of the portfolio plan encompassing all of Kaiser Permanente’s (KP) facilities and develop strategic facility goals based on the organization’s business objectives/priorities. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, Ms. Yang was a licensed architect / senior medical planner, performing work involving the application of all conventional aspects of architecture to the functional area of the assignment, with specialty in healthcare facility design and planning for numerous healthcare facilities throughout the United States.
