Allison is the Executive Director of the Campus Transformation Project Transition Plan and Patient Placement Services at Loma Linda University Medical Center. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Nursing degrees from Loma Linda University and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Duke University. As Director of Patient Placement Services, Allison has increased patient volumes by optimizing patient recruitment; created dashboards and performance metrics; and has implemented systems that have consistently decreased disposition time. In her latest role directing the transition of the adult and children’s hospitals to the newly-constructed, million-square-foot facility, Allison works with the construction team, department heads, physician leadership, and hospital leadership to ensure that transition plan benchmarks are being met on schedule. Allison is a change champion within her organization and passionate about how leaders drive and inspire change.
