A 30-year veteran and healthcare partner at Flad Architects, Laura excels at strategic planning, project planning and programming. She guided the development of Flad’s national healthcare practice with a focus on client needs and exceptional upstream service planning. With a background in public health, she also brings a unique knowledge of healthcare operations, working closely with facility and executive leadership to identify how a facility plan can support overall business strategy improvement initiatives. Laura serves as principal-in-charge for major healthcare projects, most recently for Lee Health’s new Health Village in Estero, Florida and the UF Health Shands Cardiovascular and Neuromedicine Tower.
