Professor at Jonkoping academy, Jonkoping, Sweden and Visiting Professor in the Department of Surgery, Stanford School of Medicine, Palo Alto, California. She is widely recognized for her innovative work on simulation and education and the use of novel technologies to evaluate and train decision makers in corporate, defense and healthcare institutions. Her pioneering work with health care professionals in the “how” of decision making using simulated technology has won her several accolades and her work is published in several peer reviewed journals. Satish a frequent invited speaker at scientific conferences is considered an international thought leader in the field of decision-making analysis and leadership. Her current efforts include understanding the impact of various environmental variables on thinking processes.
