Naj Wikoff, a two-time Fulbright Scholar, is a national leader in the integration and benefits of the arts in healthcare.  For 12 years, he led the Medical Art and Humanities Program for the Dartmouth Medical School and the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, under the auspices of the C. Everett Koop Institute.  Naj is a founder of the National Institute for Arts in Health for the Military, serves as Vice President of the National Organization for Arts in Health (NOAH), and is a consultant to Aesthetics, Inc – working with hospitals across the United States and Canada to develop arts collections and arts programming.  In addition to his career as an artist, columnist, and sculptor, Naj has led a wide array arts and public health initiatives for groups that include youth at risk, people living with cancer and other chronic diseases, and for first responders to threats of war and terror.
