Government and Academic Rates: We offer a government rate for government employees. We offer an academic rate on Full Accesses Passes for students currently enrolled in a post-secondary education institution and faculty. Exhibitor Booth Staff Registration: Exhibitor Registration will be available in June and can be accessed through the exhibitor manual.

2025 REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Registration Cancellations received prior to June 20 will receive a refund less a $50 service fee. Cancellations received after June 20 but before August 1 will receive a refund less $250 cancellation fee. After August 1 no refunds will be issued. Substitutions may be made at any time and without charge. All substitutions and cancellations must be submitted in writing to JD Events. No refunds will be issued for discounts or forgotten VIP codes once a registration has been processed. The Healthcare Facilities Symposium & Expo is a trade event and no one under the age of 18 will be admitted.
JD Events reserves the right to provide qualified substitute speakers in the event of emergency, illness or other like event. If for any reason JD Events has to cancel a workshop or track session the attendee is still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee. JD Events will make every attempt to immediately notify registrants of any changes or cancellations.

We will operate the Healthcare Facilities Symposium & Expo (HFSE) in accordance with official federal, state and local government rules, following CDC guidelines and any additional venue or location specific rules designed to mitigate the spread and contraction of COVID-19.
By registering and attending HFSE, you agree to follow all the health and safety requirements and protocols of HFSE and the San Diego Convention Center while on the premises and at the event. Prior to your arrival, we will communicate any specific requirements to you directly and post them on our event website and on-site event signage. Your failure or refusal to abide by any such requirements will be grounds for your immediate removal.
By attending the HFSE, you agree to voluntarily assume all risks related to potential exposures and agree to not hold JD Events or any of their affiliates including partners, sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, hotels and venues liable for any claims related to COVID-19. You also agree to not attend HFSE if you feel ill or had a recent exposure to a COVID-19 case.
