REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations received on or before June 26 will receive a refund minus a $50 service fee.
    • Cancellations received after June 26 but before August 7 will receive a refund minus a $250 cancellation fee.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 7.
  • Substitutions
    Substitutions are allowed at any time and at no additional charge. All substitution and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to JD Events by emailing [email protected].
  • Discounts & VIP Codes
    No refunds will be issued for discounts or forgotten VIP codes once a registration has been processed. Group discounts are only applicable for the Full Access Passes at the Early Bird and Regular pricing tier.
  • Age Restriction
    The Healthcare Facilities Symposium & Expo is a trade event. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted.
  • Payment Policy
    Corporate Purchase Orders (POs) are not accepted.

JD Events reserves the right to substitute qualified speakers in the event of an emergency, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a workshop or track session must be canceled for any reason, attendees remain responsible for the full registration fee. JD Events will make every effort to promptly notify registrants of any changes or cancellations.
