Exhibitor Deadlines & Checklist
 

 Pre Show
 Complete Immediately
Update your Exhibitor Profile for the website and onsite Event Guide. Look at the Exhibitor List on our website. What we have on the website is what will be printed in the event guide.
An exhibitor profile includes company name, company url and 50 word company description.
To have your logo posted on the website and printed in the event guide along with your exhibitor profile there is a $500 charge.
Submit edits to Jordan Brereton (jordan@jdevents.com).  
Company Logo - If you purchased a logo to be placed with your exhibitor profile, send your logo to Jordan (jordan@jdevents.com).
Register for Booth Staff / Exhibitor Badges. Exhibitors get 4 exhibitor badges per 10x10 booth and 1 exhibitor conference badge per 10x10 booth. Additional exhibitor badges and additional exhibitor conference badges can be purchased using the online exhibitor registration portal.  
Advertising & Sponsorship Opportunities. To purchase event guide ads or other sponsorships contact Ann Belz (ann@jdevents.com or 203-307-2695).
Event Guide Ad Materials - Begin developing your ad materials if you purchased an ad- Spec Sheet.

Deadline to Update your Exhibitor Profile for the website and onsite Event Guide. Look at the Exhibitor List on our website. What we have on the website is what will be printed in the event guide.

Lead Retrieval Advanced Pricing Expires. Lead Retrieval Order Forms and Information.
November 5, 2021
Host Hotels - Discount Rates Expire. Visit the Hotel/Travel pagefor rates and details. 
 November 6, 2021
EAC Form Due. If you are using an third party contractor (not Freeman) to set up your booth then you need to submit an EAC Approval Form.
Exhibitor Insurance Due. All exhibitors must submit insurance. Here is what is required.
400sf or more Booth Rendition Due. If you have a 400sf booth or more then submit a booth rendition to Lou Mancini (lou@jdevents.com) for approval.

Freeman Discount Rate Expires. Order tables, chairs, etc.by today to receive discount pricing. Also, if you order online prior to today then you receive an even larger discount on some items. NOTE: The exhibit hall is carpeted.

Advanced Warehouse Opens! You can start sending freight to Freeman's Advanced Warehouse.
 November 21, 2021
Austin Convention Center Utilities - Discount Rate Expires! If you need power, internet, etc. in your booth order by today!
 November 29, 2021
Advanced Warehouse Closes! Make sure you get your freight to Freeman's Advanced Warehouse by today. Shipments received at the warehouse after this date will have an additional after deadline charge.
 December 1, 2021
Austin Convention Center Utilities - Standard Rate Expires! If you need power, internet, etc. in your booth order by today! After today the rates jump to the floor/onsite prices.
 December 3, 2021
