When not working, Neal is a bit of an exercise junkie. He can often be found in the gym or out for a run. While running, he “reads” audiobooks – usually of the thriller/espionage variety. Neal is also a self-confessed James Bond junkie. If you have a question about engineering issues for healthcare or James Bond trivia, Neal is your guy.
