About Neal
Neal’s experience spans a wide variety of healthcare projects, from small community hospital renovations to complex additions at major urban medical centers. His dedication to providing project teams and clients a high level of responsiveness has proven him an effective communicator and successful leader. He is recognized for his keen ability to motivate team members to ensure project deliverables and client expectations are met. Neal’s passion lies in developing energy-efficient and sustainable design solutions. He is also an accomplished author and public speaker who was named among Consulting-Specifying Engineer’s 2009 “40 under 40” for his expertise in power distribution, emergency systems, and lighting design.
Neal was very hands on helping hospitals recover after natural disasters. He travelled throughout Florida and Mississippi extensively to restore power and help correct infrastructures to many hospitals following Hurricanes Charlie, Frances, Jeanne, Ivan, and Katrina.

Fun Fact
When not working, Neal is a bit of an exercise junkie. He can often be found in the gym or out for a run. While running, he “reads” audiobooks – usually of the thriller/espionage variety.
