Jessica Gutierrez-Rodriguez has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in facilities management and hospital administration. She currently serves as the Senior Executive Director of Clinical Facilities at the University of Texas Health San Antonio. In this role, Jessica leads the development, preparation, and strategic oversight of clinical facilities, with her most recent project focusing on the state-of-the-art Multispecialty Research Hospital in San Antonio, which provides cutting-edge care to residents across South Texas.
Healthcare Design Work
Before her tenure at UT Health San Antonio, Jessica served as the Hospital Administrator for the Texas Center for Infectious Disease, a specialized facility for the treatment of patients with hard-to-treat tuberculosis. Her leadership at the Texas Center was instrumental in improving care delivery and patient outcomes in this critical area of infectious disease.
Jessica’s unique perspective is shaped not only by her extensive professional experience but also by her personal family experiences with healthcare. This connection has driven her passion for improving healthcare quality, patient outcomes, and the overall patient experience.
