Amy O'Connor Fitzpatrick, MBA MSW is Senior Administrative & Finance Director of Home Base, a Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital Program, the largest private sector clinic in the nation providing world class clinical care, wellness, education and support services for Veterans, Service Members and their Families impacted by the invisible wounds. In concert with the senior leadership team, Amy is responsible for providing strategic direction, management and coordination for Home Base's financial accounts and administrative affairs. Amy manages an operating budget of $18.5M and oversees day-to-day operations for 120 staff including finance, clinical administration, human resources, internal communications and data analytics. Through the years, Amy has led the way for special strategic initiatives since joining Home Base in 2014. One of her most notable accomplishments was the management of Home Base's $10.3M capital budget and leading the strategy and innovation team overseeing the design buildout and organizational change management for Home Base's National Center of Excellence, opened September 2018. Amy completed her M.B.A in Health Care Management and Strategic Planning at The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a Master of Social Work with a macro concentration in Social Innovation and Leadership from Boston College, and a B.S in Psychology from College of the Holy Cross.
