Missi UpshawService Line Director for Pediatrics & Women's Services/Project ManagerNavicent Health
Missi is the Service Line Director for Pediatrics & Women's Services at Navicent Health. She most recently served as Project Manager for the $82 million renovation & new tower space for the Beverly Knight Olson Childrenâ€™s Hospital. Missi worked with the construction team while being the liaison to Navicent Health's executive administration & clinicians for the project. She has been with Navicent Health for 19 years, serving in various roles with Childrenâ€™s Hospital and within the Navicent Health system. As Service Line Director, she works with closely with a physician dyad leadership on pediatric growth strategies, business development and programs for the hospital. She received her Marketing degree from Georgia Southern University and Master of Business Administration from Mercer University. She is a board member of the Pediatric Healthcare Improvement Coalition for the state of Georgia and has served on the board of the Children's Advocacy Centers of Georgia and Career Womenâ€™s Network. Missi is also a member of Junior League of Macon, Leadership Macon, and serves with her church. Missi resides in Warner Robins, Georgia with her husband, Bryan, and two children, Mitchell, 17 years and Alyssa Ann, 14 years.
