Andrea is truly driven to improve the quality of healthcare design. She is a sought after speaker sharing her expertise in evidence-based, innovative healthcare design at healthcare focused conferences and events. In her current role as Sr. Project Manager-Interiors, Andrea is leading Stanford Health Care’s evidence-based system-wide interior environment surface and furnishing selection and standardization processes - to ensure facility environments are safe, sustainable and support the unique innovation and hi-tech-driven Silicon Valley community that works and heals within them well into the future. Andrea is a certified American Academy of Healthcare Interior Designer (AAHID), - A member of the Center for Health Design – Environmental Standards Committee, She’s Served 18 years on the FGI Guidelines - Healthcare Guidelines Review Committee (HGRC), as the first Interior Designer on the HGRC where she founded and chaired FGI the Surfaces and Furnishings Sub-Committee.
