Mrs. Kuscu is a project manager specializing in the healthcare industry with expertise in high-risk existing facilities projects. Over the past 12 years, she successfully delivered a wide range of capital improvement projects at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, including multi-phased inpatient adult and pediatric renovations, new Outpatient Cancer Center and a variety of equipment replacement projects. Mrs. Kuscu is responsible for executing all phases of projects from programming through design, construction and activation. In addition to project management duties, she is on the front line of all communication with medical center leadership, ensuring construction is completed safely with minimal impact to patients, students and staff. Burcu holds a B.S. degree in Architecture and M.S. degree in Construction Management and has more than 16 years of construction industry experience.
