Dana Kristina-Joi Morgan is the Performance Coordinator of the Creative and Therapeutic Arts Services (CTAS) at Children’s National Health System. Located in Washington DC the Creative and Therapeutic Arts Services combines the healing power of art, music, dance, and theatre with other integrative care services to heal overall pain, provide symptom relief, empower self-awareness and emotional expression for coping skills, ease anxiety, and enhance family and social relationships. Dana coordinates with multi-cultural and disciplined artists/groups to perform in the Main Atrium and on patient floors. She also manages the therapeutic animal visitation program and other grant-funded activities for patients. Dana received her Master of Music from Howard University and is a Concert Pianist.
