Lieutenant Colonel Glenn E. Marsh serves as the U.S. Army Health Facility Planning Agency’s (HFPA/G9) Director of Project Planning & Support Division, responsible for the U.S. Army Medical Command’s Military Medical Construction programming, planning, clinical/technical criteria, design, construction support, and research efforts that support a global area of responsibility consisting of medical centers, hospitals, ambulatory health centers, virtual medical centers, dental clinics, veterinary clinics, and biomedical research activities valued in excess of $9B. He is a Fellow of the Health Facility Institute (HFI) and Army Board Representative and was the first Department of Defense Officer to achieve the EDAC credentials.
