Brad Earl is a recognized champion for the creation of medically-based wellness centers, having designed these specialty environments since 1998. He has contributed to articles on this paradigm shift and has led client/design teams on projects on both coasts, including the newly-dedicated Main Line Health Center for Fitness & Wellness., in suburban Philadelphia. He is Managing Principal of the Philadelphia Healthcare Studio of Nelson Worldwide Holdings, is a member of the American Institute of Architects, certified SSGB-Healthcare, NCARB-certified and a registered architect in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Colorado. Brad has the ability to assemble the appropriate team members, from Management, Finance, Governance & Real Estate, to successfully test the viability of each proposed “retail” venture. Planning and careful integration of the varied programmatic needs is key, and winning Board approval for these specialties is a precise effort, requiring a portfolio of experience.
