Assistant Vice President, CCPN Primary and Specialty Services, Cook Children's Physician Network
Veronica Tolley, MHA is currently an assistant vice-president of primary care and specialty services for Cook Children’s Physician Network. She received her Bachelors in Sociology from Texas Christian University and a Masters in HealthCare Administration from Texas Women’s University. She has over 18 years of experience in pediatric primary care and specialty practice management and program development. Over the years in her career with Cook Children’s she has been involved in various process improvement projects to improve healthcare access for pediatric patients in the Tarrant County communities. She has visited the Virginia Mason Institute to learn about their Process Improvement journey. She has directed the opening of 7 facilities for Orthopedics and Primary Care departments within Cook Children’s. In 2014, she initiated and led the first 3P experience for Cook Children’s for the construction of the Renaissance Medical and Dental Neighborhood clinic. Since then, has used that design model to replicate best practice space design for an additional neighborhood clinic in Richland Hills, Texas.
