Lynn Aguilera has worked as a Transition Planner with over 30 healthcare facilities to plan and implement a move or activation. As a nurse Lynn understands the clinical perspective of projects adding a unique value when planning future design workflow operations and training. Currently Lynn is the Director of Transition and Activation at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford and helped to activate the new Packard 2.0 main tower and treatment center in 2017 and 2018. She is presently leading the transition and activation efforts of their new Heart Center and Hem/Onc and Stem Cell unit.
