As Director of Transition Planning and Senior Project Manager, Lynn has worked with over 30 healthcare facilities to assist with the planning and implementation of a move or activation into their new space. As a healthcare provider, Lynn understands a project from the clinical perspective which adds unique value when planning future design, workflow, operations, and training. Her diverse experience brings knowledge and expertise to identify risks early enough to reduce project impact. Lynn's passion to sustain future changes that will improve the safe and quality care provided to patients served by these new healthcare facilities is what drives her to excel at the work she does. Currently, Lynn is the Director of Transition and Activation at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford and is also planning to graduate this year with Doctorate degree of Management in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Information Systems and Technology.
