Neal is a semi-retired senior healthcare executive. In a healthcare career spanning over 45 years, he has, most notably, served 21 years in hospital operations (Holy Cross, Army, Johns Hopkins) and 10+ years in hospital construction management for major expansions and renovations (Holy Cross), for hospital replacement (Meritus Medical Center) and as an industry consultant (Centennial). In addition, he has served as an Interim Hospital CEO (Holy Cross), a Pharmacy director (Army, Hopkins), a Process Improvement Researcher (Urban Institute, Army) and as a full-time/adjunct graduate school educator (GW University, University of Maryland). Neal holds a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from the George Washington Program in addition to degrees/residency in Pharmacy. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has published and presented material to a variety of Professional Groups and Government Officials.
