The Healthcare Executive Leaders Program

The Healthcare Executive Leaders Program (ELP)
Presented by Dr. Wayne Ruga, FAIA, FIIDA, Hon. FASID and Guest Faculty
September 16-19, 2019

Join us for an exclusive advanced leadership learning opportunity during the Healthcare Facilities Symposium & Expo!

The Generative Space method is an innovative and highly practical approach that is designed to improve your organization’s performance.  This original approach has been developed during the past 20 years through the hands-on experience, research, teaching, and documented evidence of Dr. Wayne Ruga, FAIA, FIIDA, Hon. FASID.

We now know that, when executed properly, the Generative Space (GS) approach can positively impact:

Dr. Ruga is expanding his GS independent research project to include this special program for healthcare industry executive leaders who would like to learn this powerful method and be able to realize the impact of its many benefits through their own projects, organizations, and communities.

As testimony of the power of this approach to make lasting improvements, an attendee from the inaugural 2018 ELP program stated that the:

‘…application of the techniques I learned has rendered immediate benefits for me
and those with whom I interact.  I recommend this program to any leader facing significant organizational
change.  The concept of creating a generative space has given me completely new
perspectives on my approach to continuous improvement and implementing new initiatives.’

This is a special, space-limited opportunity to work directly and intensively with Dr. Ruga, guest faculty, and a small group of like-minded pioneers in learning a practical method that is a new, emerging, best practice in health, healthcare, and design. This special program is being offered in collaboration with the HFSE, and will also provide limited, optional, GS-relevant opportunities for engaging with the HFSE event.
