Do you want to distinguish your organization with sustained excellence? Are you attempting to dramatically improve your organization’s performance – with patient safety, patient experience, staff retention, staff recruitment, satisfaction ratings, financial outcomes, community engagement – and learn about how to prepare for the newest, emerging issues and challenges on the horizon, without – necessarily – the burden of a capital intensive investment??? If so, then this innovative and unique program is designed for you.

For the past 15 years, visionary healthcare and design innovator – Dr. Wayne Ruga – founder of the Healthcare Facilities Symposium (HFSE), The Center for Health Design (CHD), and The CARITAS Project (TCP), has collaborated with and trained international leaders in the practice of ‘generative space’ (GS). Today, the worlds of health, healthcare, and design have been – and are being – transformed by Dr. Ruga’s original contributions. GS is his most current innovation – and the most powerful, for creating transformative and sustained change.

During these past 15 years, as a direct result of: (1) the documented evidence of improvements made, and (2) his personal experiences in pioneering the development and testing the effectiveness of GS applications around the world, Dr. Ruga is now expanding his GS independent research project to include a program for healthcare executive leaders who would like to learn this powerful method – directly from Dr. Ruga – and be able to ‘cascade’ its many benefits through their own projects,
organizations, and communities.

This is a special, space-limited opportunity to work directly and intensively with Dr. Ruga, and a small group of like-minded pioneers in learning a practical method that is a new, emerging, best practice in health, healthcare, and design. This new program is being offered in partnership with the HFSE, and will provide limited, optional, GS-relevant opportunities for engaging with the HFSE event.
