What are the conference and expo dates and times?
The conference will be held September 17-19, 2019
The expo will be held September 17-18, 2019. 

What is the cost to attend and when can I register?
Registration will open in March 2019.  Below are the 2018 prices for reference.

What’s included in an All Access Pass?
Full Access passes include 2 ½ day of conference sessions, (including the The NOAH Track) 2 days of The Exhibition, all keynotes, educational theaters, Food functions and Receptions and Access to the Mobile APP including online presentations. Facility Tours must be purchased separately.

What is a Expo Plus Pass and how does it work?
Expo Plus Pass includes access to the exhibit floor as well as keynotes, educational theaters, receptions and mobile app.

Where does the Symposium take place?
The entire event will take place at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, Massachusetts in 2019. 

Do I need to preregister for my conference sessions?
No you do not need to select which conference sessions you plan to attend ahead of time.

I’ve registered for the conference, where do I go when I arrive?
Please check back in March 2019. 

How do I get AIA credit for the sessions I attend?
We will have an AIA form onsite that you must complete as you attend sessions. You will then turn that form into registration before you leave. We will submit to the AIA on your behalf within 2 weeks of the event. 

How do facility tours work?

Is there a mobile app? How do I download it?
Yes we will have a mobile app available for all registered attendees. You will receive notification on how to download it in mid September.

What food options are available?
All Access Passes receive 3 days of breakfast, 2 days of lunch and all networking breaks & receptions. Expo Plus Pass receive the receptions on the exhibit floor.

How can I reserve a hotel room and what are the rates?
We have negotiated special group rates at the Fairmont Austin, Hilton Austin and the Hilton Garden Inn Austin Downtown. You can find information on all hotels here.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
If you would like a certificate of attendance, please pick up a CEU form at registration and submit it before you depart. A certificate will be emailed to you within two weeks of the event.

Where will the 2020 Symposium take place?
​We will announce our 2020 dates and location in September 2019.
