About NealNeal offers over 25 years of electrical engineering design and project management experience in Healthcare design and construction. This includes normal and emergency power distribution, lighting systems, and low voltage systems for a wide variety of healthcare projects - from new greenfield facilities to additions and renovations of existing hospitals. As a project manager, Neal communicates on all aspects of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low voltage design needs with Architects, Owners, and other team members to ensure successful healthcare delivery. Neal’s passion is developing Energy Efficient/Sustainable Design solutions.
Neal was very hands on helping hospitals recover after natural disasters. He travelled throughout Florida and Mississippi extensively to restore power and help correct infrastructures to many hospitals following Hurricanes Charlie, Frances, Jeanne, Ivan, and Katrina.

Fun FactWhen not working, Neal is a bit of an exercise junkie. He can often be found in the gym or out for a run. While running, he “reads” audiobooks – usually of the thriller/espionage variety.
