Healthcare Design Work
Healthcare and Real Estate have been the connecting themes throughout Ann’s professional career. She has provided strategy, planning, design, standards, way finding, and owner representation for healthcare facilities around the country. Her tenure on staff at Vanderbilt University Medical Center also included healthcare operations process improvement for several service lines and teaching for the Schools of Medicine and Nursing.
Ann is the Executive Director for the State of Tennessee Real Estate Asset Management. In her role she acts as the landlord for ~9.6 million sq. ft. and oversees the teams that provide tenant services, facility management, parking, and policy and records management.

I love to travel the world and have had the pleasure of visiting almost 20 countries around the world. It started with the wonderful summer vacations of my childhood when we would travel the continental US in a station wagon pulling a pop-up camper.
