As Principal/Healthcare Director of VOA Associates Incorporated, Ms. Bush-Moline leads the healthcare practice from the firm’s international headquarters in Chicago. For VOA’s healthcare clients, she is inspired to translate design and planning intentions into architecture that enhances the mission and consistently advances quality of care. She is committed to leadership based on resilience, positivity, stewardship of resources and an unwavering tenacity toward the development of life-affirming environments. As a licensed architect with evidence-based design accreditation and certification status with the Center for Health Design, she is pleased to serve as an Advisory Board for the Healthcare Facilities Symposium & Expo.
